THE ROLE OF MODERATION OF JOB SATISFACTION AND RELIGIOSITY IN INFLUENCING ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Abstract

This paper aims to analize the role of moderating job satisfaction and religiosity in influencing organizational justice for employees. The sample of this research is 70 employees who work in the Education Service Pekanbaru. The sample is taken using the proportional stratified random sampling method. This study used a closed questionnaire and the data from the questionnaire were processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that 1) The variable of organizational justice has no effect on employee performance, 2) The variable of job satisfaction moderates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance, and 3) The variable of religiosity moderates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. To improve the performance of employees who work in the education office, is needed a moderating role for job satisfaction by promoting and the role of religiosity by providing opportunities for employees to develop.
