Meanwhile, company performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The object of this research is the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector companies. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The research method was carried out using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The total research population was 65 companies. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method so that only company data that met the criteria was processed. The results of this research show that STVA and VACA have a positive and significant effect on company performance, while VAHU has an insignificant negative effect.
