Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Teamwork, Occupational Health, and Occupational Safety on Employee Performance of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard Batam. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard Batam, totaling 254 employees, with sampling using the Slovin formula so as to obtain respondents totaling 72 employees. The analytical test tool used is SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 29. The results of this study found that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance, (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Teamwork on employee performance, (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Occupational Health on employee performance, (4) There is no positive and significant effect of Occupational Safety on employee performance, (5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Teamwork, Occupational Health, and Occupational Safety simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard Batam.
