Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the effect of Teamwork, Work Culture, Morale and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia, Batam. The population in this study were all employees totaling 70 people. In this study, the sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. The study used a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data. Data collection through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using statistical software. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression and partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed that partially teamwork, work culture, work enthusiasm and motivation had a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia.
