CLOUT OF COMMUNICATION, MOTIVATION, DISCIPLINE AND ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between communication, motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sumber Arca Waja. The sample in this study amounted to 90 employees. The data used are questionnaires with analytical techniques, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests with the help of the SPSS V25 program. The results of this study show that communication variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have no significant effect on employee performance. The variable of work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. Work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously the variables of communication, motivation, work discipline and work environment together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dwi Sumber Arca Waja.
