This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on team performance, with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique through questionnaires distributed to 30 staff members as respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software.
The results show that leadership style has an influence on team performance, as does organizational culture. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to moderate the relationship between leadership style and team performance and to weaken the relationship between organizational culture and team performance. This indicates that team performance is not only influenced by leadership and organizational culture but is also strengthened by a high level of organizational commitment.
