THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PT. SRIWIJAYA AIR PEKANBARU
Abstract
This research aim to know how much the analysis influences of Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Relationship simultaneously and partialy in Employee Performance. The method of data collection used is in the form of questionnaire. The analysis methods used are simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of the research get based on the Partial Test (Test t) of the regression coefficient : (1) There is a significant influences between transformational leadership and employee performance when transformational leadership has 3,262 t count > t table 2,051. (2) There is a significant influences between interpersonal relationship and employee performance when interpersonal relationship has 2,513 t count > t table 2,051. Then, based on simultaneous test (Test F) can be determined F count value 35,996 > F table value of 3,32, which means the variable Transformational Leadership dan Interpersonal Relationship significantly influence the Employee Performance variables. And based on coefficient test determination (R2) the value is 0,727. it indicates the persentage of the contribution variable Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal relationship toward Employee performance is at 72,7%. the residue is 27,3% influenced by other variables which is not included in the studied variables.
