Abstract

This study explores the role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Work-Life Balance (WLB) as factors influencing job satisfaction among employees. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 250 employees through a questionnaire adapted from previously validated instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression techniques to evaluate the impact of EI and WLB on job satisfaction. The findings suggest that companies should prioritize the development of employees' emotional intelligence and support a balance between work and personal life to enhance job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
