This research has a purpose to determine the effect of job insecurity and compensation on burnout, with social support as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on 30 staff using the Partial Least Squares method (SmartPLS 4.0). The variables studied included job insecurity and compensation as independent variables, burnout as the dependent variable, and social support as a moderating variable. This research aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and compensation on burnout, with social support as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on 30 staff using the Partial Least Squares method (SmartPLS 4.0). The variables studied included job insecurity and compensation as independent variables, burnout as the dependent variable, and social support as a moderating variable. The implication of this research is that organizations need to minimize job insecurity, provide fair compensation, and strengthen social support in the work environment to reduce the risk of burnout in staff.
