With a large number, nurses were considered to have an important role in increasing hospital accountability. The performance of clinical nurses is influenced by many factors, which are divided into three according to their perspectives: individual (work stress), situation (workload), and regulations (supervision). This study aims to determine the influence of workload, work stress, and supervision to clinical nurse performance. This study was quantitative analysis with cross sectional approach. The sample was 150 respondents with total sampling technique of clinical nurse in dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor General Hospital. Data analysis using structural equation modelling using AMOS programs for analysis those three independent variables and they effect to clinical nurse performance. It could be concluded that there was significant influence of workload (p=0.000), work stress (p=0.000), and supervision (p=0.007) to nurse performance either partially or simultaneously. Workload and supervision have a positive effect on nurse performance, while work stress has negative effect on nurse performance. This study has shown that a high workload can improve nurse performance as long as not excessive, good supervision can improve nurse performance, while work stress has negative impact on nurse performance. All of these factors should always be considered by stakeholder in hospitals.
