Abstract

There is a research gap in that previous studies may have discussed how inclusive leadership affects meaningful work in general, but it is important to also consider how this influence may vary depending on the context of government organizations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of inclusive leadership on meaningful work through psychological safety. The research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causality research design with a sample of 30 state civil apparatus from Indragiri Hilir Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google form. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that inclusive leadership has a positive influence on meaningful work, it also affects psychological safety. In addition, psychological safety is also proven to have a positive effect on the level of meaningful work. Furthermore, this study confirms that inclusive leadership not only directly impacts meaningful work, but also through the mediation of psychological safety.
