Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the local wisdom values ​​of the ogoh-ogoh parade tradition and management in the Kuta Traditional Village, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The research method was descriptive qualitative with ethnometodology. Data collection techniques used literature, documentation, observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the value of local wisdom has the meaning of the value of obedience (manut lan mampu ngemargiang acara adat) manifested in planning, the value of mutual cooperation (ngayah) manifested in organizing and actuating, the value of honesty (karmapala and kayika) manifested in accountability (controlling). The implementation of Shaba Yowana HRD includes OCB and is in accordance with the composition of the management. Budget management does not have any misappropriation because it believes in karmaphala.
