SOFTWARE QUALITY TESTING ON THE E-SIM APPLICATION BASED ON ISO 9126

Abstract

Sidoarjo City Resort Police is one of the police stations that provides driving license making and driving license extension services for all Indonesian citizens. Sidoarjo City Resort Police have implemented a mobile-based e-sim application that can make it easier for applicants to make or extend their driving license at the Sidoarjo City Resort Police. This e-sim application has never been tested for software quality so the purpose of this study is to measure the quality of the e-sim application based on ISO 9126 and provide recommendations for the e-sim application based on the results of software quality testing that has been done. The method that used in this research is quantitative methods that using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results of this research are software quality measurement results based on 6 aspects of ISO 9126 which is: usability variable is 72%, efficiency variable is 74%, functionality variable is 82%, reliability variable is 80%, maintainability variable is 87% and the variable portability is 73%. Through these results, an average feasibility of an e-sim application is obtained by 78% with an interpretation of "Enough" so that it can be stated that the Sidoarjo City Resort Police e-sim application has met ISO 9126 standards.
