Abstract

Employees are tools to achieve company goals. Therefore, they must be able to see, monitor, and understand the conditions, because leadership in the workplace is very important. Human resource management is expected to improve their work to achieve goals, but the reality shows that their efforts fall far short of what is expected. Researchers try to provide answers to the following study problems by applying scientific methods: 1) How does job satisfaction mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job training on performance? 2) Do transformational leadership and job training affect performance? This study was conducted in the context of (implementation of transformational leadership and performance-based job training). The results of this study also show how closely the relationship between job satisfaction and transformational leadership and job training is. The target sample was surveyed through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that transformational leadership and job training significantly and favorably improved employee performance. The link between transformational leadership and job training and employee performance can also be mediated by work satisfaction. Any leadership paradigm may be used by leaders, but they must focus on interpersonal and task behaviors. Because of the numerous limitations of this study, other leadership models can be applied in other contexts by future researchers.
