This study examines the role of work culture in improving employee quality at UD. Boeroq Motor Cycle (BMC)Karangasem-Jenu-Tuban,This study aims to characterize and evaluate the role of work culture in improving employee quality at UD. Boeroq Motor Cycle (BMC). Through a phenomenological and qualitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes how the work culture in BMC affects employee performance and operational services. The results of the study indicate that the work culture in BMC acts as a set of knowledge that shapes employee behavior and attitudes. This work culture has succeeded in creating quality standards and encouraging employees to meet consumer demand. The implementation of work culture in BMC has created positive values that can be applied and further developed as guidelines in achieving the company's vision and mission. This study reveals that work culture in UD. BMC has a significant influence on improving employee quality. Values such as [mention specific values found, for example: integrity, professionalism, accountability, innovation and exemplary behavior have been internalized in the daily behavior of employees. In addition, this study also found a positive correlation between the implementation of work culture and increased customer satisfaction.
