SERVICE QUALITY MEDIATES THE INFLUENCE OF COMPETENCY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION SERVICE OF INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY RIAU PROVINCE

Abstract

This Study aim for see influence quality service in mediate influence competence to performance employees at the Population and Registration Service civil Indragiri Hulu Regency. Respondents in study This is totaling 61 employees working at the Population and Registration Service Civil Indragiri Hulu Regency. Determination sample with use method census with The sample size was 61 employees. The research done with use method quantitative, with use questionnaire closed processed​ using Path​ analysis with SPSS 21 assistance. Research results show that competence influential to performance employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Indragiri Hulu Regency , competency influential to Quality services at the Population and Registration Service Civil Indragiri Hulu Regency , competence influential to performance employees mediated by quality​ services at the Population and Registration Service Civil Indragiri Hulu Regency and quality service influential to performance employees in the service population and registration civil Indragiri Hulu Regency.
