The problem that became the focus of the research discusses human resource management regarding individual characteristics, abilities, and the work environment's influence on employee performance at PT. Maheswari Pasupati Bali. The population consisted of 89 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. The research results obtained significant values. The t-value for individual characteristics (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a partial influence on employee performance. The t-value for job ability (X2) is 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a partial influence on employee performance. The t-value for work environment (X3) is 0.005 < 0.05, indicating a partial influence on employee performance. The significant F-value is 0.000 < 0.05. Based on these calculations, it can be explained that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that individual characteristics (X1), job ability (X2), and work environment (X3) have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Maheswari Pasupati Bali. The problem that became the focus of the research discusses human resource management regarding individual characteristics, abilities, and the work environment's influence on employee performance at PT.
