Abstract

Burnout among hospital health workers has become an urgent global issue to be addressed. This condition has an impact on the welfare of health workers and the quality of health services. This study aims to systematically review hospital management strategies in reducing burnout and increasing retention of health workers. The systematic literature review method was used based on PRISMA guidelines with 15 international articles in the last 10 years as data sources. The results of thematic analysis showed that organizational interventions, psychosocial support, workload management, and transformative leadership are key strategies. These findings provide evidence-based policy direction and management practices in an effort to create a healthier & more sustainable hospital work environment.
