Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT Marinatama Gemanusa. The population in this study were all employees of PT Marinatama Gemanusa, totality 46 people. The sampling technique with non-probability sampling using saturated sampling technique, where the total population is made entirely into research samples, namely 46 respondents. The research uses a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data. Researchers process data using statistical software. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that partially organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance; work environment and compensation partially have no significant effect on employee performance.
